Before heading into NYC for their shows with bluegrass maven Hazel Dickens (two are all ready sold-out!) Will and Ned Oldham join youngest brother Paul for an acoustic set of traditional mountain music cousin to the Appalachian traditions of their Kentucky roots.
Will aka Bonnie Prince Billy is an enigmatic, underground alt-country icon and songwriter respected, and covered, by the likes of Johnny Cash. Ned fronts Baltimore’s Anomoanon, whose last disc was produced by brother Paul. This rare performance of the whole set of siblings is dedicated to father Joe Oldham who passed suddenly on June 6 at the age of 63. The Oldhams are joined by special guests.
